LabOpéra
Labopéra Périgord-Dordogne is an association dedicated to creating grand opera accessible to both amateurs and professionals - to democratising opera. Productions of a very high standard are created using core of professional artists to support talented amateurs and numerous young people from technical colleges and universities studying the performance arts and supporting roles such as makeup, costumes, scenery and audio-visual.
Labopéra Périgord-Dordogne is a part of the national network La Fabrique Opéra which initiates and supports numerous opera projects throughout France.
Thanks to a convention between LabOpéra24 and association OPPV, I have been privileged to photograph rehearsals, preparations and performances as an accredited photographer.
